What we store

We store an account identifier, your name and email when you provide them, a salted password hash for email accounts, and your Apple account identifier when you sign in with Apple. Guest accounts have a generated identifier and no personal email. We never store your Apple password.

Your quiz answers, preferred sounds and guide, reminder settings, favorites, listening progress, completed sessions, mood check-ins and breathing activity keep your experience personal and your progress available across devices. Membership records include Apple transaction identifiers, the product and its expiry. Apple processes payments; Zenguy does not receive your card details.

Why we use it

Account data, preferences and activity provide the service you request, personalize your plan and keep progress in sync. Session and rate-limit records protect access to your account. Purchase records verify your membership. We do not sell your data, track you across other apps, or use your activity for advertising.

Storage and providers

Cloudflare hosts the API, database and audio storage. Apple provides Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases and the iPhone platform. Expo provides application builds and updates. Audio downloads remain on your device. Daily reminders are scheduled locally after you allow notifications.

How long we keep it

Your preferences, quiz and activity remain associated with your account while you use the service. You can delete your account in the app; the service removes these wellness records and disables your sessions. Non-identifying account tombstones preserve database integrity. Records that must be retained for legal, accounting or security purposes are restricted to those purposes.

Your choices

You can edit preferences, turn reminders off, remove favorites and delete your account in You. For access, correction, a copy of your data or other privacy requests, email privacy@zenguy.com. You may also contact your competent data-protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
